Make Yourself at Home
Tenuta Sant'Ilario is where we'll stay and celebrate together. Once you arrive, unpack and settle in. The practical bits for arrival and departure are below.
Arrive & settle in
Check-in is around noon-ish on Wednesday, September 9. The welcome pizza party begins around 6:30 PM, so there’s plenty of time to unpack and wander the grounds.
Everything is on-site
Your room, the ceremony, meals and celebrations are all at Tenuta Sant’Ilario. Once you arrive, you can settle in and enjoy the estate with us.
Friday departure
Farewell breakfast/brunch runs from 8:00–10:00 AM. The return shuttle to Firenze Santa Maria Novella departs at approximately 12:30 PM.

Rome to Florence
Train · ~2.5 hoursTake the Leonardo Express from FCO Airport to Roma Termini (32 minutes).
Transfer to a high-speed Frecciarossa or Italo train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (~1.5 hours).

Take a regional train from Firenze Santa Maria Novella to Castelfiorentino, then take a taxi or private driver to Tenuta Sant'Ilario. The drive from Castelfiorentino station is approximately 13 minutes.
